Founded in 1946 the New Zealand Institute of Management (NZIM) is a non-profit organisation with a mission to enhance managerial and organisational effectiveness in New Zealand.

NZIM is a professional organisation that caters to the professional and organisational needs of its members and others interested in their professional development. NZIM is a registered private training entity (PTE), accredited to provide management programmes to Level 6 on the NZQA framework.

We provide our members and the general public with networking opportunities, workshops and seminars, professional qualifications, management information, mentoring, scholarships and awards.

NZIM has three regions: Northern, Central and Southern. NZIM Central region is based in Wellington.  Our region includes Blenheim, Nelson, Palmerston North, New Plymouth, Napier, Gisborne and areas in between.

We provide a comprehensive programme of public short courses and qualifications.
